  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated

Instructions

  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.

  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1/4 block Firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 tsps CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI
  • Pinch of Salt (fleur de sel)
  • 3 Pistachios

<Finishing touches>

  • To taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • To taste Flakey Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Wrap the tofu in paper towels, place a weight on top and let it drain in a colander for about 30 minutes, or until most of its water has been released.
  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half lengthwise. Shell the pistachios and roughly chop them with a knife.
  • Place the drained tofu in a bowl and add extra virgin olive oil, cream cheese, and “CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI”. Season with salt to taste. Mash until smooth using a mortar and pestle, fork, or food processor.
  • Arrange the strawberries on a serving dish and spread a layer of the tofu mixture over them. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios and flakey sea salt. Serve the spread with crackers or sliced baguette.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 4 pieces Okra
  • 2 sprigs (12 leaves) Basil
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI
  • A pinch Black pepper

Instructions

  • Sprinkle the salmon with a pinch of salt (not listed in the ingredients) and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the zucchini into 1cm rounds. Trim the tops of the okra and cut them in half diagonally. Slice the lemon into rounds. Pluck the basil leaves.
  • Spread out 30cm of aluminum foil. Place the zucchini and okra on the foil and put the salmon on top. Add lemon slices and butter on the salmon, then sprinkle with black pepper. Close the foil packet and place it in a pan with 100ml of water. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Then, reduce to low heat and steam for 10 minutes. If the water runs low during steaming, add more.
  • Open the foil packet, tear the miso and basil leaves, and place them on top of the salmon.

Instructions

  • Boil eggs in water for 10 minutes. After boiling, soak the eggs in cold water and peel the shells once fully cooled.
  • Cut the eggs with an egg slicer, reserving four large slices. Place the rest of the eggs in a bowl, add ¾ of the miso mayonnaise, and mix together while coarsely mashing the eggs.
  • Spread the remaining ¼ of the miso mayonnaise on bread slices. On two of the bread slices, arrange the reserved egg slices in the center of the bread in a single overlapping layer.
  • Cover the sliced eggs with egg and miso mayonnaise mixture and top with torn lettuce and remaining bread slices.
  • Cut and serve.

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken thigh into six pieces. Separate the broccoli into florets and cut them into bite-sized pieces.Dice the onion and garlic. Gently crush the canned whole tomatoes.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place thechicken thighs with the skin side down in the hot pan along with the choppedonion and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned on all sides. Add white wineand cover with a lid, cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add <A> and the chopped broccoli to the pan and simmer uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Remove the pan from the heat and mix in miso and black pepper until well combined. Serve the stew in a bowl garnished withItalian parsley.
