A classic tuna salad with a miso twist. Miso pairs naturally with tuna, mellowing any sharpness while boosting its savory depth.
Enjoy it on its own, serve with crackers, or use it as a flavorful sandwich filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 Canned tuna, packed in water (5oz/285g)
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • To taste Fresh parsley
  • To taste Lettuce
  • To taste Crackers

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 tbsp CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions

  • Dice the celery and red onion, and finely chop the parsley.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients in [A]. Add the drained tuna and the prepared vegetables from Step 1, and mix well.
  • For an extra touch, line a dish with lettuce, add the tuna mixture, and serve with crackers.
