Where Citrus Meets MisoA dish that perfectly balances bright freshness with savory richness, as lemon’s tangy acidity melts seamlessly into the gentle saltiness of miso to coat the sautéed chicken in a glossy, flavorful sauce. The mellow richness and gentle depth of miso add just the right touch of flavor, keeping each bite satisfying until the very last.
Slice the chicken breast horizontally to halve the thickness, then pound lightly to flatten.
Dust both sides with flour, shaking off any excess.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add miso dissolved in water along with lemon juice and capers. Simmer until the sauce reduces to about one-third of its original volume.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the green beans.
Mix the cooked rice with black sesame seeds, then plate it with the sautéed green beans.
Top with the chicken, pour the sauce over, and garnish with sliced lemon.
