In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine dashi granules and water, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium, and dissolve miso paste.
Add tofu, simmer gently for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
Top with chopped leeks or green onion to serve.
