Cut the core out of the cabbage and place it in a large microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on 1200W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds(Cooking time depends on the wattage of your microwave.) Once it cools down a bit, roughly chop it.
In a bowl, mix ORGANIC MISO "MILD SODIUM MISO", sesame oil, vinegar, and white sesame, then toss in the chopped cabbage. Serve on a plate, and sprinkle ground sesame seeds over the top by rubbing them between your fingers.
