Miso Corn Potage
Simple but Tasty ChowderOnly 4 ingredients are needed for this easy corn potage. The only seasoning for this soup is miso! Miso gives it its richness. Using miso with 50% reduced salt allows you to taste more umami of the soybeans and the rich flavor. Enjoy the texture of the miso, too.
Cook Time 10 minutes minutes
- 7.1 oz(200 g) 1 Canned cream-style corn *no sugar, no salt
- 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) Milk
- 3 tbsp 50% GENEN MISO
- 0.4 oz (10 g) Unsalted butter
Heat the canned corn and milk in a pot over low heat, being careful not to let it burn.
Turn off the heat and add miso and butter to mix. Serve in a bowl.

It is very bright beige in color, is very sweat and mild coming from abundant use of koji.
