Prepare the peas by removing them from their pods. Coarsely chop the onion.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the diced chicken breast for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add all ingredients marked 《A》 and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until the rice turns translucent.
Gradually add 《B》 — the miso dissolved in hot water — one ladle at a time, stirring constantly and allowing the liquid to be fully absorbed each time. Continue for about 20 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken and green peas to the pan and heat for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve warm.
