Cherry Tomato Salad with Miso Dressing
- 17.6 oz(500g) cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- Some freshly ground black pepper
[For the dressing]
- 1 tbsp Organic Red Miso
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- Place the cherry tomatoes, red onion, chopped basil in a bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients together until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with black pepper.
