Ingredients

  • 400 ml Water (13.5 oz)
  • 100 g Tofu (3.4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Dried wakame seaweed
  • 2 tbsp ORGANIC MISO DASHI
  • 2 tbsp Green onions(chopped)

Instructions

  • Put water in a medium saucepan. Slice tofu into small cubes with a sharp knife, about 2cmx 2cm each.
  • Add the tofu and dried wakame seaweed to the water. Turn off the heat just before the tofu begins to float.
  • Dissolve ORGANIC DASIH MISO to the saucepan.
  • Serve in soup bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
