Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes(medium sized), finely chopped
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • To taste Black pepper
  • To taste Sriracha sauce or Tabasco sauce (optional)

  • 2 1/2 tbsp CRAFTMISO NAMA-KOJI
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated

Instructions

  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
  • In a bowl, mix 《A》 together until well blended.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, onion and cilantro in the bowl and mix well. Season to taste with black pepper.
  • Add Sriracha sauce to taste if desired. Serve as a dip or topping.
