Marinate with orange juice, salt, and black pepper, then coat evenly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken at 180℃(350℉) until cooked through.
In a separate saucepan, combine ingredients marked 《A》 and heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
Add the fried chicken to the sauce and simmer, coating well.
Plate and finish with chopped cilantro.
