  • A pinch Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • To taste Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 Orange (sliced, for garnish)

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 3 tbsp SAVOURY WHITE MISO

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  • Marinate with orange juice, salt, and black pepper, then coat evenly with flour.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken at 180℃(350℉) until cooked through.
  • In a separate saucepan, combine ingredients marked 《A》 and heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
  • Add the fried chicken to the sauce and simmer, coating well.
  • Plate and finish with chopped cilantro.
