Spinach & Sausage Miso Soup

No ratings yet
A healthy, wholesome miso soup that's just as delicious with bread as it is with rice.
The richness of butter and miso, along with the savory flavor of sausage, mellows the slight bitterness of spinach. Simmering the sausage in the soup brings out its natural flavor, creating a full-bodied broth without the need for dashi (Japanese soup stock) .
