Our Dashi Iri Awase Miso is the dark brown in color, and has deep and powerful flavor. Awase Miso is the blended miso of two different type of miso, the one Shinshu yellow miso, and the other pure soy bean miso of dark chocolate color. Bonito and kelp dashi broth are blended.
