Hikari Miso Co., Ltd. announces the launch of the new amazake sensation “HARE NOCHI KOJI Amazake.”
Amazake is a traditional Japanese beverage made from rice koji (rice malt) or sake lees. “HARE NOCHI KOJI Amazake” is made from rice koji and is non-alcoholic. “HARE NOCHI KOJI Amazake” has a refreshing taste akin to yogurt, that combines the tartness of the citric acid produced by white koji, with the usual koji sweetness.
