Cut off the bottom of the Enoki mushroom and separate it into big pieces.
Spread the shredded cheese evenly over a large pan, place the Enoki mushroom on top of the cheese, and then put the pork ribs on top. Heat the pan over medium heat and lower the heat when the edges of the cheese start to brown. Continue to cook until all the cheese turns light brown and crispy. Transfer it to a plate and cut into pieces with scissors. Serve with a small amount of miso on top.
