Ingredients

  • 200 g(7oz) Halloumi cheese, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 Zucchini, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

<A>

  • 1 tbsp AGED RED MISO
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Mix <A> together in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a medium sized pan, cook halloumi until golden on both sides, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables until tender. Return halloumi to the pan.
  • Add <A> to the pan and toss quickly. Serve hot.
