Ingredients

  • 1/2 Baguette
  • A moderateamount of CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI
  • 2/3 Avocado
  • Some Black pepper
  • Some Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the baguette into slices approximately 0.4 inches thick and toast the slices lightly. Cut the avocado into slices 0.2 inches thick.
  • Place 1-2 slices of avocado and 1/4 tsp of Miso on a sliced baguette.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and olive oil to taste.
