  • 1 Zucchini (green)
  • 1 Zucchini (yellow)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • To taste Cheddar cheese
  • To taste Breadcrumbs

《A》

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp SAVOURY WHITE MISO
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220℃ (425℉).
  • Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the sliced zucchini in a single layer.
  • In a pan, combine all ingredients marked 《A》 and cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
  • Pour the sauce “A” over the zucchini, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs to taste.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, until the zucchini is tender and the top is golden.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
