Place the cabbage in a frying pan and add the marinated chicken. Top with the lemon slices, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and transfer the chicken, cabbage, and lemon slices to a plate. Add the 50% GENEN MISO, butter, and 1/2 cup water to the residual liquid in the pan. Stir until the butter melts and the ingredients blend, then pour the mixture over the chicken, cabbage and lemon. Serve hot.
