Ingredients

  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 can Canned chickpeas (cooked in water)
  • 1 can Canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tbsp SAVOURY WHITE MISO
  • A pinch Salt
  • A pinch Black pepper
  • To taste Coriander (for garnish)

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions

  • Heat all ingredients marked 《A》 in a pot and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add finely chopped onion, canned chickpeas (including their liquid), canned tomatoes, and water.
    Simmer for 15–20 minutes until the ingredients become tender.
  • Once the vegetables are soft, stir in the miso and season with extra salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, topped with chopped coriander for a fresh finish.
