Ingredients

  • 1 block(350g) Tofu (extra firm)
  • 1/4 (50g) Onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 (30g) Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ENJUKU KOJI MISO
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper

Instructions

  • <Preparation> Drain the tofu well and crumble it into small pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over low-medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
    Add the onions and mushrooms, and cook until they are golden brown.
  • Add the crumbled tofu, miso, and turmeric powder. Stir and cook thoroughly.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
