Instructions
Trim the roots off the spinach and separate the stems from the leaves. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add dashi broth, spinach, and tofu, and heat over medium heat.
Once it begins to boil, turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup.
Serve in bowls, garnish with chopped green onions, and it’s ready to enjoy.
