Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp SHINSHU SHIRO MISO 400g
  • 150 g Tofu
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 400 ml Dashi stock

Instructions

  • Trim the roots off the spinach and separate the stems from the leaves. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pot, add dashi broth, spinach, and tofu, and heat over medium heat.
  • Once it begins to boil, turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup.
  • Serve in bowls, garnish with chopped green onions, and it’s ready to enjoy.
