Instructions
Add the potatoes and water to a large saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 15ā20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
Drain the potatoes, let them cool, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk <A> together.
Add the green onions and potatoes to the bowl and mix together to coat the sauce evenly.
