Ingredients

  • 1 kg Baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, thinly sliced

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice. freshly squeezed
  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Organic Miso White(White miso)

Instructions

  • Add the potatoes and water to a large saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 15ā€“20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  • Drain the potatoes, let them cool, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, whisk <A> together.
  • Add the green onions and potatoes to the bowl and mix together to coat the sauce evenly.
