Ingredients

  • 450 g Canned Chickpeas (15.8oz)
  • 2 tbsp HIKARI SHINSHU MISO
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesami Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

<Toppings>

  • To taste Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Sesami Oil

Instructions

  • Put the chickpeas, miso, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil (1 tbsp) and garlic in a food processor. Process until the paste is nice and smooth.
  • Transfer the hummus paste to a serving bowl. Drizzle sesame oil (1 tsp) on top of the hummus and sprinkle with paprika powder.
  • Serve with vegetables, crackers, or pitta bread.
