  • 1 1/2 tbsp SAVOURY WHITE MISO
  • 2 Garlic clove, grated
  • 8 g Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix softened butter with miso, garlic and parsley until well combined.
  • Shape into a log using plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
  • Slice pats of compound butter and use on toast, grilled meats, or steamed vegetables.
