  • 300 g(10.6oz) Cold cooked brown or white rice
  • 2 Eggs, whisked
  • 2 cloves Garlic, grated
  • 10 g(0.35oz) Butter
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp M1NUTE MISO ORGANIC ORIGINAL
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • To taste Green onion, chopped
  • To taste sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add egg, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally.
  • Add rice, miso and pinch of salt and pepper. Stir for another 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
