Ingredients

  • 1/6 cabbage Cabbage (about 150g/5.29oz)
  • 4 sausages Sausages
  • 4 bread rolls Bread rolls
  • 1 tbsp CRAFT MISO NAMA-KOJI
  • 1/2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cut cabbage into one-inch thick strips. Mix together miso, mustard and lemon juice and set aside.
  • Add oil to a hot pan and fry the hot dog until golden brown. Remove the hot dog from the pan and then sauté the cabbage until it becomes tender.
  • Slice the bread roll and place the sautéed cabbage between the halves. Drizzle miso mustard and lemon sauce over the cabbage, then top with the cooked hot dog to assemble the dish.
