  • 1 head broccoli florets
  • 30 g(1oz) Chopped walnuts
  • 150 g(5.2oz) Raisins
  • 1 tsp Salt (for boiling)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp MARU-YU ORGANIC MISO
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water, salted with a teaspoon of salt, to a boil. Add the broccoli florets. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli to a large bowl. Mix in walnuts and raisins.
  • Mix <A> in a separate bowl.
  • Pour dressing <A> over the salad and mix well.
  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.
