Miso Dips for Vegetable Crudité

These miso dips are simple and delicious. Here are three easy-to-make miso dips perfect for pairing with your favorite healthy veggies.  These recipes can be whipped up in just a few minutes, paired with your tastiest veggies or wholesome crackers or chips, and even used as sandwich spreads.

Ingredients

Sweet Miso Dip Recipe

  • 3 tbsp. miso
  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter (no added salt or sugar)

Tofu Miso Dip Recipe

  • 3 tbsp. miso
  • ½ pkg (5 oz.) soft tofu
  • A pinch garlic powder or grated fresh garlic
  • A pinch chopped green onions

Creamy Miso Dip Recipe

  • 3 tbsp. miso
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. ground chili pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl until the dip is smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with raw or steamed vegetables.

Quick Tip: Any kind of miso will work in these dips but be aware of the salt content of the miso you are using and adjust to taste.
