GINZA 豉 KUKI, a Japanese restaurant owned by Hikari Miso Co., Ltd., offers seasonal dishes with the excellence of miso and other ingridients of Japanese traditional fermentation technique. The restaurant is announcing the details of its April menu. The menu includes fine dishes including chilled Chawanmushi egg custard with fresh green pea paste, and Sunomono assorted with fresh Nobiru wild rocambole, Squid, and Kikurage mushroom seasoned by miso and vinegar.
