Miso Enthusiast to Dedicate Easy Japanese Recipes Periodically
Hikari Miso today released a new recipe contributed by popular home cooking blogger Namiko Chen of JustOneCookbook.com. Known as “Nami” on her blog, she created “Miso Glazed Eggplant” by using M1nute Miso Organic, a liquid miso product Hikari Miso has developed for the international market.
The dish, eggplant slices glazed with miso, can be made easily with the use of a broiler. In tune with the season, it features a savory aroma of miso and cilantro and delivers a refreshing summer flavor. Home cooks and their families are sure to appreciate this healthy item as an everyday meal.
Hikari Miso has partnered with Nami, miso enthusiast who uses it daily, to release a new recipe periodically.
