A brand new noodle soup lineup from Hikari Miso Co., Ltd. will be available at supermarkets and grocery stores in Japan starting September 1, 2020. The Premium Harusame Noodle Soup series will have 80% more harusame (mung bean) noodles (1) and feature three flavors: Egg Drop and Chicken Flavor, Spicy Sesame Miso Flavor, and Scallop Flavor.
Upgraded Soup Product with Rich Flavor and Fulfilling Noodles
The Premium Harusame Noodle Soup contains five servings and offers three delectable selections of premium soup. For the Egg Drop and Chicken Flavor, the harusame and fluffy egg drop are mixed well in umami-rich soup made with hearty chicken stock. Lovers of dan-dan noodle soup will delight in the savory, spicy soup in the Spicy Sesame Miso Flavor that is reminiscent of the classic Chinese Sichuan dish. Lastly, the reliably rich taste of scallop stands out in a milky seafood soup of the Scallop Flavor. All three come with additional flavor oil or paste for creating a richer, more luxurious taste as well as 80% more noodles to guarantee a delicious and satisfying meal for the most robust appetites.
Developing New Series to Highlight Benefits of Harusame
