Hikari Miso showcases triple-certified organic products at BIOFACH 2018

Japan’s top organic miso maker, Hikari Miso, will further cement its status as a leader in organic when it exhibits its triple-certified organic miso products in Nuremberg, Germany at BIOFACH 2018 – the world’s leading trade fair for organic food. Hikari Miso will showcase its organic miso paste and organic M1inute Miso products in Hall 1 at Booth #1-411 from Feb. 14-17 to more than 51,000 expected attendees at the world’s largest organic food trade show.

Organic White MisoHikari Miso’s organic red, white, saikyo sweet, dashi, brown rice and mild sodium miso are not only certified organic, but are triple certified: USDA Certified Organic, European Union Organic and Japanese Agricultural Standard Organic. Hikari Miso is the only miso brand to earn all three organic certifications. The products are also additive-free, gluten-free and contain no MSG or GMOs.

Since 2005, Hikari Miso has purchased certified organic soybeans and rice to support organic farmers and the land on which they farm with restorative practices.
