Japan’s top organic miso maker, Hikari Miso, will exhibit its triple-certified organic miso products March 9-11, 2018 at New Hope Network’s Natural Products Expo West & Engredea 2018. Expo West celebrated its largest event yet in 2017 with over 80,000 attendees, and continues to be the leading trade show in the natural, organic and healthy products industry with over 3,100 exhibitors annually.

According to the Organic Trade Association, organic food sales in the U.S. totaled $47 billion in 2016, representing an 8.4 percent growth rate from the previous year (compared to the 0.6 percent growth rate in the overall food market). Organic food now accounts for more than five percent of total food sales in the U.S., according to the same 2017 Organic Industry Survey.
